The free informational session is meant to be a quick meet and greet to discuss your specific situation and to help us determine next steps and or if this service is right for you.
The FamilyWebShield Basic package is a 45 minute consultation and configuration of your Windows PC to block adult and malicious content and websites. We will ask you to jump on the phone with us and share your screen so we can make the changes to your PC. We'll walk you through exactly what we are changing on your PC and why we are doing it. You will approve each item along the way.
NOTE: To ensure we can provide the best service possible, we kindly request that you limit the configuration to two Microsoft Windows PCs per session. If you have more devices or require additional consultation, we recommend booking extra sessions with us.
